This package is designed for brides who have already made all the necessary bookings and are capable of managing the day themselves but would appreciate assistance with finalising the details.

Set Up & Pack Down

Are you in need of a reliable team to manage the setup of your ceremony and reception? If you don't have access to the venue on the day of your wedding, you won't be able to oversee the preparations. Trust us to handle all the details for you.

 

Prior to your wedding day, we will have a meeting where we will discuss every aspect in detail. Our goal is to cover all bases and ensure that if anything doesn't go as planned, we are can confidently take action on your behalf while keeping your vision in mind.

  • Set up on the day. (4 hour min)

  • Ceremony area set up

  • Reception area  set up 

  • Communication with suppliers 

  • Delivery management

  • Ensure everything arrives as planned

  • Pack out on the night of the wedding  (3 hour min)

  • Package up hired items

Let us be your trusted representative on your wedding day, as you can't be in two places at once. We'll take care of all the necessary details, allowing you and your guests to relax and fully enjoy the celebration.

Before your wedding day, we will go through a comprehensive checklist to ensure that every aspect has been organized and that we have all the necessary contact details.

We will discuss the setup and flow of your wedding day, ensuring that everything is arranged exactly the way you envision.

  • Pre wedding consultation to confirm details

  • On-site presence for 8 hours

  • Ensure all deliveries arrive on time

  • On-the-day contact for all suppliers

This all-inclusive package offers comprehensive support and assistance from the beginning to the end of your wedding planning journey.

We will be present at your rehearsal to help fine-tune timings and ensure everyone is familiar with their roles. On your wedding day, we will ensure that everything unfolds just as you have planned.

Priced on individual basis

Moira was awesome to work with, her communication was fantastic and she took care of everything so easily it made the lead up very stress free.

 

She was responsible for making the big decision as to whether the ceremony was indoors or outdoors and as she was calm and unbiased towards either option she made the absolute right call on the day, which resulted in us enjoying the sound of torrential rain on the roof whilst being dry and warm inside the venue!

 

With Moira in charge we enjoyed the best night of our lives which ended, thanks to Moira, with all of us able to walk away from the venue without doing a single thing, as she had packed all our bits and pieces up during the night.

 

I Would recommend Moira to anyone looking for a wedding or event planner.
