This prize is for 20 people. You can increase this to a maximum of 80 for additional cost 
The venue is BYO, you are welcome to bring your own beverages (no corkage applies)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

  1. All entries must be received by midnight Sunday 1st November

  2. Entries to the giveaway must be made through the registration form

  3. Entries are restricted to Christchurch based companies only 

  4. The winner will be notified on Tuesday 3rd November 

  5. The prize date is for Thursday 3rd December 2020 and cannot be altered

  6. The prize is based on 20 people. Additional people can be negotiated for additional cost (up to 80 guests).

  7. If the winner is unable to be contacted with 3 days of the prize draw, they will forfeit this prize and it will be redrawn. 

  8. Catering will be a set menu and any dietary requirements (Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free) need to be advised 5 days prior to the event. 

  9. The catering provided includes: 3 x canapes, plated entree (two options, served as alternate drop), plated main (two options, served as alternate drop) and plated dessert. 

  10. Liquor license laws will be obeyed at all times and intoxication of guests will not be tolerated. Any attendee that is under 18 years will not be served alcoholic beverages and should make themselves known to staff 

  11. All attendees of the prize must work (or be partners of staff) from that company 

  12. This prize cannot be redeemed for cash 

  13. I Do For You reserves the right to alter this prize and its inclusion if required due to issues outside their control. 

  14. The winner accepts that all creative (photo, video etc) will be the property of I Do For You and can be used for promotion purposes by all of the involved vendors. 

  15. Accommodation at Waipuna Estate is not included but can be added for additional charge. 

  16. This prize is for 20 people. You can increase this to a maximum of 80 for additional cost 

  17. There will be no refund if guest numbers are under 20 people. 

  18. The venue is BYO,  you are welcome to bring your own beverages (no corkage applies)
