Moira, On behalf of ChristchurchNZ thank you all for your support and passion towards the delivery of the ITM New Zealand Sail Grand Prix Live Site powered by Enable. ChristchurchNZ really appreciated your assistance with producing this event.
Your attention to detail and professionalism with ensuring the Live Site was ready for the 4,500 attendees over the weekend was second to none. Specifically, you were fantastic at coordinating the several suppliers and being accommodating to the numerous last-minute changes to the scheduling and staffing. Collectively we faced many challenges throughout this journey and for every challenge you focused on finding solutions, going above and beyond.
The ITM New Zealand Sail Grand Prix Live Site powered by Enable was the first Live Site produced in the central city since 2011, and was a huge success. The imagery and video assets obtained showcase the vibrant atmosphere that you created, and we hope that you are extremely proud of the result, as we are.
Thank you for your support and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

Moira was awesome to work with, her communication was fantastic and she took care of everything so easily it made the lead up very stress free.
She was responsible for making the big decision as to whether the ceremony was indoors or outdoors and as she was calm and unbiased towards either option she made the absolute right call on the day, which resulted in us enjoying the sound of torrential rain on the roof whilst being dry and warm inside the venue!
With Moira in charge we enjoyed the best night of our lives which ended, thanks to Moira, with all of us able to walk away from the venue without doing a single thing, as she had packed all our bits and pieces up during the night.
I would recommend Moira to anyone looking for a wedding or event planner.

Moira (I Do For You – Event Planner) led the organisation and delivery of the Canterbury Sport and Recreation Awards for Sport Canterbury. It was her first time delivering this event but you wouldn’t of known it. The event not only ran like clockwork thanks to Moira’s expertise and attention to detail, but was an enhanced version from previous years. We have received feedback stating this was the best awards evening Sport Canterbury has delivered.
Moira’s level of professionalism was exceptional and not once did she seem flustered, frustrated or unorganised. Whether she was working with Sport Canterbury staff, the venue or providers, Moira was always considered and respectful. Moira came into Netball Mainland with no handover from the previous Events Manager. However,
she demonstrated very early that she was a quick learner and was a very effective, efficient, and
experienced Event Planner.
Moira worked with multiple external stakeholders and built up a respectful and positive rapport with them. Moira also was a well-respected contractor within Netball Mainland and worked very well with the Commercial Manager which was vital for the success of the delivery of events. I would strongly recommend Moira for a similar or higher-level role.

Fantastic, professional service - so highly recommend!!
After someone else cancelled at very short notice, Moira stepped in to coordinate our whole wedding set up and pack down - and she really did save the day.
She has an incredible eye for detail, and really did think of everything - from noticing a difference in floor level which would have left tables on a lean, to contacting other vendors to make sure arrivals of everything was coordinated.
Any problems she took in her stride, she was incredibly cool and calm through the whole process, and she and her team went above and beyond to make the day and the whole process easy and beautiful.

Carter Consultants engaged Moira's services to assist with the organising of the Stuff Leaders debate. She was able to do the heavy lifting for us by coordinating all logistics that this event required.
Provided with a budget and some details about the event, Moira went ahead and booked all necessary suppliers. She was their point of contact and ensured that everything was delivered on time as required.
Prior to the event a detailed run sheet was sent out to everyone involved (including arrival maps for the dignitaries), nothing was left to chance.

At the recent wedding show event, Moira was so efficient but also relaxed, and she even predicted just enough time for us to move inside before the first of several hail showers, all the while maintaining a calm and always highly professional manner.
